Things to include in the huddle should be patient concerns, daily goals, turning opportunities into productive opportunities such as doing sealants, fmx, pano, fmd, srp, oral cancer screenings.
Don't forget to ask patients for referrals, and suggest the patient complete a survey as this helps the practice grow.
Finally, save a few minutes at the end of the huddle for rumor control.
